ZLTZ High-efficiency heat exchange chiller

The ZLTZ temperature control unit is combined with the microchannel reactor to form a high exothermic temperature control application. Under the same flow rate conditions, the heat transfer efficiency is more than 5 times that of the heat transfer oil heat exchange control temperature control. At the same time, the inlet and outlet temperature difference is small, and the temperature field is highly uniform. It is particularly suitable for applications with violent exothermic reactions.

ZLJ/SLJ series direct cooling enfriadora

The refrigerant in the refrigeration system is directly transferred to the target control element (heat exchanger) for heat exchange, thereby cooling the target control object. This system has a heat exchange capacity that is typically more than five times greater than that of a fluid (gas) being transferred to a heat exchanger. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where the heat exchanger has a small heat exchange surface but a high heat transfer capacity.

LTG Series Screw Chillers

It is suitable for various chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical and other fields as a process cooling source. It can provide -110℃~30℃ refrigeration medium and can be used as a process cooling source required by ice storage, low-temperature ventilation and other production processes. The entire cycle is closed, there is no oil mist volatilization at high temperature, and the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized and browned; it has the function of correcting the internal circulation temperature probe PT100.

Aplicado para enfriar el gas (no corrosivo): cuando el aire comprimido seco, nitrógeno, argón y otros gases de temperatura normal se introducen en el equipo de la serie LQ, el gas saliente puede alcanzar la baja temperatura objetivo y ser suministrado a los componentes o intercambiadores de calor a probar.
