After purchasing the nitric acid cooling system of the reactor, many users often do not notice the details that need to be paid attention to when the equipment is turned on. It is necessary to check whether there are few pieces of the product, whether it is damaged or not, and whether it can be used normally is the same, and what details need to be paid attention to when starting up.
The operating principle of the reaction kettle nitric acid cooling system is to convert electrical energy into heat energy to heat the materials to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port through the pipeline under the action of pressure, along the specific heat exchange flow channel inside the electric heating container, and uses the path designed by the principle of fluid thermodynamics to take away the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating element. The temperature of the heated medium is increased, and the high temperature medium required by the process is obtained from the outlet of the electric heater.
1. Check whether the packaging is damaged and whether the anti-fall mark on the packaging box is normal; check the type and quantity according to the content in the “Packing List”.
2. Please be careful not to damage the test box when unpacking, and also need to remove the pad at the bottom of the compressor.
3. After the nitric acid cooling system of the reactor is placed in the position, adjust the level, and reserve at least a certain distance for maintenance.
4. Open the electrical control cabinet to check whether the terminals of the components are loose; whether the water box of the waterway is damaged, whether the fixing screws are loose, and then connect the power line and grounding line after checking.
5. Connect a water pipe to the water outlet joint of the nitric acid cooling system of the reactor. The length of a single water pipe should not exceed 1 meter, and the outlet of the water pipe should be extended into the floor drain. If there is no floor drain, a water receiving box can be placed directly under the joint.
6. The heat pipe of the nitric acid cooling system of the reaction kettle dissipates heat. If there is no fluidity of water suddenly at the time of high-speed operation, a lot of heat cannot be evaporated immediately, resulting in a very fast temperature rise. When the temperature exceeds the high temperature zero point, the device will maintain itself according to the shutdown method.
