The selection of the thermal shock chamber is quite straightforward. The main basis for the selection is the test specifications and standards of engineering products as well as some principles. Among them, the 5 principles that need to be followed mainly include repeatability, reproducibility, measurability, exclusivity, safety and reliability.

During the thermal shock test, the test basket of two-zone thermal shock chamber is movable. The test chamber mainly achieves the conversion of high and low temperature through the movement of the test basket up and down between the high-temperature zone and the low-temperature zone. The two-zone type has a shorter shock recovery time compared to the three-zone type.
